My reasons for canceling/declining a commission will not be disclosed, but may include the following reasons:- Suspicion of fraud/scam- Under the age of 18- Unreasonable/Unprofessional communication- The commission falls out of my window of skill/capability/interest- Character submitted is overcomplicated/cluttered- Character submitted violates my TOS- Fully booked workload- Any other undisclosed reasonings

PAYMENT

(3)
I take US dollars VIA PayPal Invoice.
In 2026, commissions will be paid 100% of the price upfront, plus a 10% tax.
For commercial comms, that includes an additional $100 fee charge. (This does NOT extend to personal/private comms)
I will not work under the pressure of a deadline. The time it takes to finish a commission varies depending on the demand, and the addition of real-life responsibilities can also add to the waiting period. Before I can begin the draft phase, I will be expecting payment upfront. If for any reason you cannot pay the due amount, you will be dropped from the waitlist and you can request a commission at a later date.

REFUNDS

(4)
You may request a refund at any time. You may also drop off the waitlist after 6 months if you have not received your product.
In rare cases where I must refund a commission, you will receive a refund of the amount initially paid; however, if I've already finished the product in full, or have reached 70% completion of the artwork, expect only a 50% refund of the original payment, as I believe my time and labor should be properly compensated. Depending on the commission, the dictation for what counts as 70% completion may vary.

(5)
After the final transaction, the client will have personal license rights to the product, meaning it can be displayed on social media platforms, profile pictures, banners, posts, and other non-commercial forms of self-expression. Proper credit must be given when the product is displayed or shared publicly.
The client may not use the product for promotional, advertising, resale, or other monetary purposes without written permission.- (UNLESS You have paid the +$100 each, Commercial AND Merchandise fee)--- Non-permitted use may look like:

-Logo/promotional work
- Reselling my artwork in auctions or raffles.
- Reselling my artwork for merchandise
- Using my work to promote harmful material/content
-NFT/AI Usage
- Claiming authorship over the artwork

.
As I have already stated, If the client wishes to use my artwork for any monetary revenue, I charge +$200 for both the commercial AND merchandising fee.

EXPECTATIONS

(6)
My art style tends to fluctuate to fit the piece's taste and aesthetic. I am open to replicating art styles I have already executed in past work. I will not replicate art styles that I believe are outside my artistic range or art styles of other creators.
I do one commission per client, but you can re-request it after four months if you have worked with me before.Revisions are allowed and encouraged, but drastic changes and do-overs will be charged.I also encourage clear communication. If you're unsure about what you want regarding the composition (Mood, pose, color palette, camera angle, etc.), please expect that I will take artistic liberties to complete the final result. If you have any issues with the commission, please bring them to my attention.Have the character you want me to illustrate ready; additional references can be sent after commission approval.
I would like a clear, visible reference with at least one color-coded sheet that matches the scale of the commission requested.
I do appreciate any additional sources that may assist me in capturing the character's likeness, such as mood/aesthetic boards and other inspirational sources.
